I've been living at Luxe West for 9 months now and I have to say these apartments are excellent. When I was looking for an apartment, I was looking for a few specific things: dog friendly, newly refurbished, in unit washer-dryer, and good location. This complex meets all of those. The apartment is newly refurbished so all appliances are updated and look/function great. This apartment complex is very much pet friendly. There are pet waste disposal areas in many places around the complex. There is a dog park as well. The location is great and feels very central to popular places in Fresno. Office staff and maintenance crew are very friendly and receptive. If I ever have questions, I can reach out by email and get a response within 24 hours. Maintenance requests are easy to put in online and repairs are delivered in a timely manner. I honestly have no issues with this complex and I highly recommend it!

These apartments are very clean and beautiful!! I love how nice the office staff is and everytime I had an issue it was solved relatively quickly. Whenever I call and have questions Trinity is usually the one to pick up and she makes things so easy! The property is well taken care of and the location is great because everything is so close by. I have throughly enjoyed my time living here so far.

Nice complex, kept up and the staff is always striving to make it better. When you have a maintenance issue it's taken care of in a reasonable amount if time. Shout out to Randy the lead maintenance guy always a great attitude and will help you out when maintenance issues rise up. Office Staff is also friendly.

My roommate and I’ve been living here for 5 years now, and I have to say the complex is one of the best! We recently had new management/owner a couple of months ago that changed the name and got brand-new upgrades (exterior paint, exterior/carport lightings, updated BBQ/pool area, security cameras, etc). I’ve seen the remodel that they did in some of the vacant apartments, especially the newly-remodeled leasing center (which is very luxurious, I must say) and I am beyond impressed. Maintenance is great; they come rather quickly and we are very pleased with the upgrades, especially with added security cameras at the entry gates. We look forward to living here for years to come!

I lived here at Casa De Luna for a little under a year and I had an awesome experience! The office staff are wonderful people and made moving in easy and fast. All my neighbors were friendly people as well! I had unexpected situations come up in life which caused me to have to move out earlier than my lease was signed for and the staff accommodated for me to be able to leave and not pay an extremely high amount. I could not say enough good things about this management company or its staff - 5/5 stars, thank you!

I have lived at casa de Luna for about 5.5 years now and I have no intentions of leaving any time soon! They are super quick when it comes to needing something fixed. Office management is super nice recently I’ve spoken with Jacqueline multiple times and she’s been so sweet. Especially when it came to transitioning to new management they’ve been so helpful and welcoming. Would highly recommend it’s a quiet community and management is always doing social activities!

I have lived at Casa Del Sol for going on 14 years. I have always had a positive experience with the manager, maintenance and other staff. The complex is well maintained; the units are regularly inspected and supplies given, driveway repaved, gate and yards well kept. I love the plant diversity. Del Sol has a large pool and courtyards. I have enjoyed my neighborhood over the years. I feel secure and treated well.

Update: been living here about 9 months and we've gone through a management change which was nerve racking since our last ones were so great. These managers have been super nice and on it. My AC recently acted up which can sometimes be a nightmare in a apartment. Not here though, the maintenance was at the door in like 10 mins. Immediately opening it and finding the issues. I'm really happy with the new team they've brought in to manage this place.

Been living here a little over a year with my mom and we've had our car broken into a couple of times, and our apartment could use a few upgrades. But for the most part I love it here, They keep it cleaned up outside and anytime my mom has contacted management about something they always come and check things out. We love all the girls who work at the front office. Nice and very respectful even when we have small complaints.

I relocated to Fresno a couple of months ago and had no prior knowledge of the area. The staff was helpful and made the process such an easy transition. I love my apartment! I have not seen any bugs or other pests since I have been here. Another added bonus, my neighbors are all, so friendly!

I have lived here over two years, anything needing repair is fixed quickly and management is very pleasant. New security has just about eliminated cars being broken into as well as dumpster divers. I have NEVER seen roaches here and they don't hesitate to have pest control out for the occasional ants that come out. All around it's a pretty nice place to live with many nice amenities and some great neighbors as well.

Beautiful, newly built apartments, really great, open floorplans. Aporshe, the on site manager, is friendly and helpful. Location near the Fashion Fair Mall and seconds away from the freeway are huge pluses! I also really like that you have the option of a private garage as well!
